This project was a challenging way to finish the year, with limited access, parking, and tight working areas — but the transformation was remarkable. What was once an underutilised space is now a stylish retreat, complete with a covered pergola, spa pool, split-level paved areas, and new stairs connecting the upper level to a vibrant courtyard. Despite tough spring weather conditions, the Groundbreakers team delivered with precision, attention to detail, and dedication. The result: a space Leanne and Paul can truly enjoy.
